It is your responsibility to make sure we can access the area to be cleaned and that aggressive dogs are not in the yard. Please give Happy Dog Pooper Scoopers any codes to the gates we will need to access. If we come to your home and cannot access your yard due to a locked gate or your dog will not allow us, we will skip your scooping for that week and try again on your next scheduled visit.
Please keep all dogs inside during the visit. We will send an "on the way" message when we are headed your way. If you have doggy doors that your dogs are able to enter and exit, please lock them on the day of your service. We understand your dog may have not bitten anyone before, but when you are not home they become more protective.
It is the customer's responsibility to update us when you get a new dog or remove a dog from your home so we can update your billing accordingly.
We will try our best to keep you on your regular schedule. If we can't make it due to weather we will let you know via phone, text, or email. We cannot work during thunderstorms, heavy rain, heavy snow when we can't see the ground, ice storms or flooding, etc.
A credit or debit card on file is required for service. Services are billed on a monthly basis. Payments are pre-charged monthly. It is the customer's responsibility to have up-to-date credit or debit card information on file. If your payment does not go through, we will skip your service and if not paid by the next week we will cancel your service.
No refunds will be issued if payments go through on payment day and then you decide you do not want service. We will still service you until the paid month is complete unless you do not want us to, but no refund will be given.
The activation fee is waived for new customers. If you cancel your service and decide later to start start service again, there will be a one-time fee of $45 charged to re-activate your account.
